Rocky Road doesn’t always have to be about dark chocolate, nuts and raisins. Here are Tiffin Annies, I am a firm believer that Rocky Road should be milk chocolate and not include raisins.
Our Classic Rocky Road is Made in North Yorkshire using a combination of biscuit, homemade fudge and marshmallows, encased in Milk chocolate & topped with a nougat caramel bar.
However, many of our flavours don’t include marshmallows and are filled full of sweet treats to make them full of texture and flavour.
