We’ve tried to answer as many questions as possible but if you have any other queries please feel free to get in touch

All of our treats are handmade by Anneka, from point of order please allow 2-4 working days (mon-fri) before despatch/collection to ensure you receive the freshest of treats.

If your order is urgent and you require next day, please get in touch and we will try and help wherever possible.

Collection is from Brompton on Swale, Richmond, North Yorkshire.

You are able to select your preferred delivery date when ordering. Our treats are dispatched via Royal Mail on a 1st class service, ensuring they get to you at their very best. 1st Class delivery takes 1-2 days.

We cannot take responsibility for addresses incorrectly inputted when ordering, we send to the address exactly as is entered when placing your order. Please also note, we cannot be held responsible if orders are delayed by Royal Mail. We are unable to chase an order until 10 days after they have been posted. Proof of posted can be provide upon request.
